VisaOdds is an educational planning tool — not legal advice, not a guarantee, and not affiliated with any government or consulate. Only a consular or immigration officer can decide a visa application.
1. What VisaOdds is
VisaOdds provides an approximate, educational estimate of visa approval odds based on publicly available statistics and a transparent, rule-based model. It is intended to help you understand and prepare — not to predict or guarantee any outcome.
2. No legal advice
Nothing on VisaOdds is legal or immigration advice. For advice about your specific circumstances, consult a qualified, licensed immigration professional or the official government source for your destination.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Visa decisions are made at the discretion of consular and immigration officers under rules that change and that we do not control. A high estimate is not an assurance of approval, and a low estimate is not a certainty of refusal. You rely on the estimate at your own discretion.
4. Accuracy of figures
Base rates are approximate and drawn from public sources; they are not official per-application odds. We describe our method openly on the methodology page and make no warranty that any figure is current, complete, or applicable to your case.
5. No affiliation
VisaOdds is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
6. Acceptable use
Use VisaOdds for personal, informational purposes. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or present its output as an official determination.
7. Third-party links
We may link to third-party resources or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Any commercial recommendation we add in future will be clearly labeled.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaOdds and its creators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the estimate or the site — including application fees, travel costs, or missed opportunities.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
